Congratulations! You Finally Found a Truly Wireless After-Market Backup Camera!
From Your Mailbox to Your Car in Under 15 Minutes!
Our QuickVu™ Wireless Backup Camera is unlike all others.
Have you seen those other, so-called, wireless backup cameras and asked, “Why does it have a wire? And why do they call it wireless?” Well, these cameras use a radio to transmit the video signal from the rear to the front of the car, so you do not need to route a wire the whole length of the vehicle. But they still require you to run a wire into your car (usually requires drilling a hole in your car), route the wire to your reverse light (especially tricky when the license plate is on the trunk lid or a door), and splice into the electrical connection for your reverse light (be careful not to short out your vehicle’s electrical system or void you car’s warranty)!
Our camera has no wires. Really. It is truly wireless.

Can You Really Install QuickVu™ in Minutes?
If you can change your license plate, you can install the QuickVu™ Wireless Backup Camera. Watch this short video summarizing the installation process.
Installation Overview (1-1/2 minutes)
Installation is a snap. You can probably install it yourself in less than 10 minutes. Watch this video and see how easy it is!
If you are still not sure, watch this 6-minute video covering the entire procedure from removing the system from the packaging, to attaching the mounting bracket to the monitor, to installing the whole system. To complete the installation, you will need a small, Phillips head screwdriver to attach the bracket to the monitor and a screwdriver for the license plate screws.
Full Installation, from Box to Car (6 minutes)
*For best results use on cars and pickup trucks. Not intended for RV’s, buses or trailers.
Step Up to High-Tech Safety
You’ve seen seen backup cameras in rental cars. You’ve seen them in the latest car commercials. You know how much safer it is to use a backup camera. And you really want one! But you’re not ready to buy a new car. Your car is fine — in fact it’s great! Now you don’t need to buy a new car to get the safety benefits of a rear view camera. You don’t even need to take your car into the shop. The QuickVu™ Wireless Backup Camera is easy to install and costs many time less than a new car!
And You Don’t Have to Pay for Installation
Maybe you’ve priced backup cameras before. We have. We went to a popular electronics store and asked to see what they had. We first saw a nice camera for what seemed like a reasonable price. Then we saw a monitor (sold separately) for additional cost, about as much as the cost of the camera. And then they told us how much they charge to install the system! Do people really pay $400-$600 to add a backup camera? Maybe they do, because that’s a lot less the the $600-$800 range we found at a car accessories chain!
Keep It Simple
Your life is complicated enough. Installing your backup camera should make your life easier, not harder. We make the installation easy.
- No holes to drill into your car
- No wires to route through your car
- No electrical connections to splice
- No risk of shorting out your car’s electrical system
- No voiding your vehicle’s warranty
- No waiting for an installation appointment
- No leaving your car in the shop
- No big installation fees
And when you buy from us on-line, you don’t even have to stand in a checkout line!
Protect Your Loved Ones
Each year, injury and death claim thousands of victims in backover accidents. The majority of these involve young children. Studies have shown that using a backup camera greatly improves your chances of avoiding these accidents. The small price of a backup camera may be great insurance against a tragic accident. And it may save the drivers in your family from living with the anguish of being involved in a preventable accident.
And speaking of insurance…
Keep Your Insurance Premiums Down
Parking lots almost seem to spawn accidents. You’ve seen them. Two cars backing out at the same time, the drivers oblivious to each other. Shopping carts rolling out behind cars. Shoppers rushing around without paying attention. Children playing or wandering while their parents load the car.
What happens to your insurance rates when you are involved in one or two of these minor accidents? Or do you just avoid filing claims, so you don’t risk a premium hike? Do you just live with the dents and scratches and the rust and corrosion in your once new-looking car?
Give yourself an edge. Install a wireless backup camera and see the obstacle before you back into it.
A Bonus for Trailer Owners
If you tow a trailer, then you know how long it can take to back up to the trailer hitch. You may have a spouse or coworker help with hand signals and vocal instructions. How many relationships have been strained when this communication wasn’t as effective as it needed to be and the bumper or tailgate receive a large dent when the truck rammed into the trailer hitch? Or you may do the entire process yourself, getting in and out of the truck numerous times. This can take a long time, and it is especially “fun” in rain, mud, sleet, snow, hail, or bitter cold.
A QuickVu™ Wireless Backup Camera mounted directly over the ball makes an excellent trailer hitch camera. The wide angle lens gives you an excellent view of the trailer as you back up to it, and a close up view of the hitch as you align it with the ball. Check out this video of a new customer trying using QuickVu™ for the first time. Before QuickVu™ it would take 15-20 minutes to hitch the trailer. You can see from the video that it took less than a minute to back into perfect position!

Perfect for Most Cars, but Not All
The QuickVu™ Wireless Backup Camera is a great fit for most cars. The simplicity of installation combined with the high quality camera and monitor make it a compelling value. However, if your vehicle has a Bluetooth hands-free system, our current QuickVu™ model may not be for you as it experiences interference from the Bluetooth system when the vehicle is starting. If you have a Bluetooth system, please contact us for alternative solutions. And if you don’t have Bluetooth, order your QuickVu™ system now!
One of the first things I do when I am setting up a new iPhone is connect it with my favorite Bluetooth accessories.
I use Bluetooth to connect my iPhone with my Apple Watch, with my Jabra Wireless Headphones so I can use it while on the treadmill, with my car audio system so I can stream my favorite music while driving, and with my Bose Bluetooth speakers while taking a shower.
But unlike Wi-Fi, Bluetooth is not very reliable; it can be a pain if your iPhone doesn’t pair or have a problem connecting with your favorite Bluetooth accessory.
If your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus is not working with Bluetooth devices like Car audio system, Apple Watch, Bluetooth Speakers, Bluetooth headphones, then here are some basic troubleshooting tips you can try, to see if they help.
Test Bluetooth Accessory with Another Device
The first step you’d want to take is to ensure that the problem is with your iPhone or iPad and not with the Bluetooth accessory you’re trying to connect to. So try connecting to the accessory with your Mac, PC or any other device, and see if things work fine or not.
How to Fix Bluetooth Connectivity Problems with iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus
If you find out that the problem lies with your iPhone 7, here are a few solutions you could try:
Turn off Bluetooth and Reboot
The first thing to try is to turn off your Bluetooth and restart your iPhone or iPad:
- Turn off Bluetooth from Control Center, or by going to Settings > Bluetooth and turning off the switch.
- Reboot your iPhone by holding the Home button or Volume down button (for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus users) and the Power button until you see the Apple logo.
- Now enable Bluetooth again from Control Center or Settings > Bluetooth
Try connecting to the device now. If the problem still isn’t solved, try the next solution.
Forget Device
If the previous tip didn’t work for you, you can try forgetting the device you paired with from Settings, and then try reconnecting:
- Open Settings and go to Bluetooth
- Tap on the “i” icon against the device name you’re having problems connecting
- Tap on the “Forget This Device” button and confirm your action
- Now pair your iPhone or iPad with the device again, and see if the issue has been solved
Reset Network Settings
If none of the two tips worked, you could also try resetting your network settings. A side effect of doing this is that all your Wi-Fi settings will also be cleared, so you might have to rejoin Wi-Fi networks, and configure VPN all over again.
Here’s how to reset network settings:
- Open Settings and navigate to General > Reset
- Tap on Reset Network Settings
- You’ll be required to enter your passcode if you have one
- Confirm your action in the popup
Your iOS device will reboot. Once it starts up, try pairing to the device again. If your problem still isn’t solved, move to the next step.
BMW and Android Wear
Please note that BMW car owners have reported Bluetooth connectivity problems with iPhone 7. iPhone 7 also seem to be having problems connecting to several Android Wear watches such as Moto 360 (2015), Tag Heuer Connected, ASUS ZenWatch, the Fossil Q Founder, and the Michael Kors Access. BMW and Google have acknowledged the issue, so a fix should be released soon. I have included the tip shared by Steven Heisenberg, one of our readers below, which helped him resolve the Bluetooth connectivity issue with his BMW.
![Bluetooth Bluetooth](http://letsyada.com/data/uploads/bluetooth-tips/bluetooth-help.jpg)
1. Erase the BMW Bluetooth connection from the iPhone.
2. Erase the iPhone Bluetooth connection from the BMW.
3. Resync both. You’ll likely find that you’re having the same issues.
4. At the screen that presents USB/Bluetooth/AUX connection options (Set Wireless Device Via), select “Connections”.
5. You’ll see your phone listed in under “Connected:”
6. Press the physical iDrive options button.
7. Deselect “Audio” and leave “Telephone” selected. Select OK.
8. The iPhone will unpair and the source will change.
9. Renter the previous screen and select “Audio”. Select “OK”.
10. Bluetooth audio returns to works again, business as usual.
Restore and Setup as new iPhone
This is not ideal, but if none of these tips fix your issues, the last resort is to restore your iPhone or iPad via iTunes and set it up as a new device. This way, you start afresh and get rid of possibly problematic customizations and settings on your device. Follow the instructions in the post linked below to do a clean restore to the latest version of iOS via iTunes.

Visit an Apple Store
Even after performing all these steps, you’re still having problems, then you might want to visit your nearest Apple Store to know of any possible hardware related issues.
